New Year, New Opportunities!

If there is one thing I know for sure, it is that human beings are hard wired for evolution. There is nothing static about us, except our beliefs, and even those change over time. That is why, after 14 years of running the ISHTA Yoga studio, my job description is changing.

I am honored to share that I have joined the Chopra team to help translate the teachings of Deepak Chopra into a system of yoga that is embodied, authentic, and aligned with his spiritual principles. As Chopra’s Director of Yoga, my mission will be to bring the healing and transformative powers of yoga to a greater mass - something I have felt called to do since I began teaching nearly 20 years ago. I am elated, humbled, and a little bit “skited” to coin a phrase by Glennon Doyle’s (scared and excited) but I am so up for the task.

 Although you might be seeing less of me on the ISHTA Yoga platform, I’m thrilled to still be teaching my Friday and Saturday classes online. I feel blessed to have the unwavering support of Alan + Mona as I shift into this new role. It is humbling to know that all is aligned for everyone to serve their highest purpose.
