Conscious Creativity

Our creativity is born from our desire to perpetuate life. When we create something, whether it be a piece of music, a gourmet meal, or a social media post, we are affirming to the universe that we are capable of manifestation. It is the life force energy, or prana, that rides on our breath and is responsible for keeping us animated and alive. Despite the undeniable loss that so many of us have experienced in 2020, we are still being fed by that life force energy. So, as we approach a new year and remember the pure potential the lies within each one of us, let’s continue to feed that which is life-giving. Whatever it is that keeps that electricity circulating through you is what you are meant to be doing. Tend to that, nourish that, and let it guide you into the next moment so that you consciously co-create the life that you desire.
