Accesing the immeasurable : Meditation training June 6-8

“‘To understand the immeasurable, the mind must be extraordinarily quiet, still.”  –Jiddu Krishnamurti
You don’t have to be privileged to meditate. Meditation will connect you to your inherent abundance.

You don’t have to be an intellect to meditate. Meditation guides you to the beginner’s mind.

You don’t have to be enlightened to meditate. Meditation will reveal your divine essence to you.

There are no prerequisites, and there is no end goal to the art of meditation. All that you need is your breath and your awareness and what you’ll end up with is unbound potential.

Next Tuesday, June 8th join Alan Finger, Peter Ferko, and me in our semi-annual ISHTA Meditation Training, this time with a focus on Mudra, Bandha, + Kriya. Early bird discount extended to June 4!
