My home practice has been the single most transformational aspect of yoga. Having a daily practice is like putting money in the bank. Every little bit counts and goes towards a larger purpose, and the benefits become greater over a longer period of time.
Just like brushing your teeth or washing your face, having a home practice can become part of your daily routine to help rebalance your mind and refresh your consciousness. Modern science shows that the brain has plasticity, meaning we can override old patterns and create new ones.
